What happens after I book?
You’ll receive confirmation and secure intake forms to complete before the visit (email/text).
How long does intake take?
Most people complete forms in 20-30 minutes; set aside extra time if you have complex history or meds.
How long are appointments?
New-patient visits are generally longer (60 minutes for adults and up to 90 minutes for adolescents); follow-up visits are typically shorter (20–30 minutes).
How do I join my telehealth visit?
Use the secure link sent by email/text and join from a quiet, private space with stable internet. Patients must not be actively driving during a visit; if joining from a vehicle, the patient must be safely parked. Patients must be physically located in Illinois at the time of the appointment due to state licensure requirements.
